Meet Tana 

I know what it feels like to do everything you have been told to do—and still not feel well.

After struggling with anxiety, digestive issues, and a few too many panic attacks, I was told my labs looked normal. But I knew something was not right.

 

For a while, I began to believe my body was betraying me.

The turning point came when I stopped asking, “What is wrong with me?” and began asking, “What is my body trying to communicate?”

Through nourishment, lifestyle changes, breathwork, nervous system support, and natural hormone balance, I began to understand that my body was not the enemy. It needed support, not more pressure.

Today, as a registered nurse, faith-based wellness coach, and temperament guide, I help overwhelmed Christian women connect the pieces of their health and build peaceful, sustainable rhythms that fit their bodies, their season of life, and how God designed them.
 

Using my SEEDS framework—Spiritual Health, Eating, Exercise, Daily Rhythms, and Sabbath—we focus on small, practical changes that support the whole woman: body, mind, and spirit.
 

You do not need another person telling you to try harder.
 

You need space to understand what is happening, compassionate guidance, and a plan you can actually live.

You are not failing wellness. Your body may simply be asking for a different kind of support.
